Estos Términos del Servicio ("Términos") regulan tu acceso y uso de URPEVERSE (el "Servicio"), operado por Urpe AI Lab. Al usar el Servicio aceptas estos Términos.
De un vistazo
- URPEVERSE es un espacio de trabajo virtual para equipos; necesitas una cuenta de Google y ser mayor de 18 años.
- Tu contenido sigue siendo tuyo; solo lo procesamos para operar el Servicio.
- Las reuniones solo se graban con consentimiento en pantalla; las grabaciones pueden transcribirse y resumirse con IA.
- Los resultados de la IA pueden contener errores: verifícalos antes de usarlos para decisiones importantes.
- Usa el Servicio de forma legal y respetuosa; podemos suspender cuentas que incumplan.
1. Aceptación
Al acceder o utilizar URPEVERSE, confirmas que has leído, entendido y aceptado estos Términos y nuestra Política de Privacidad. Si usas el Servicio en nombre de una organización, declaras estar autorizado para vincularla a estos Términos.
2. Descripción del Servicio
URPEVERSE es un espacio de trabajo virtual 2D que permite presencia en tiempo real, chat, reuniones por audio y video, proximidad por voz, funciones asistidas por inteligencia artificial (asistente, transcripción y resúmenes de reuniones) e integraciones opcionales (como Google Calendar) para equipos y organizaciones.
3. Cuentas y elegibilidad
El acceso se realiza mediante Iniciar sesión con Google. Debes tener al menos 18 años y proporcionar información veraz. Eres responsable de la actividad realizada bajo tu cuenta y de mantener la confidencialidad de tu acceso.
4. Uso aceptable
Te comprometes a no:
- Usar el Servicio para actividades ilegales, abusivas, difamatorias o que vulneren derechos de terceros.
- Interferir con la seguridad o el funcionamiento del Servicio, ni intentar acceder a datos de otros usuarios sin autorización.
- Grabar reuniones sin el consentimiento requerido ni infringir las leyes de privacidad aplicables.
- Usar las funciones de IA para generar contenido ilegal, engañoso o dañino.
- Realizar ingeniería inversa o extraer datos de forma automatizada sin permiso.
5. Tu contenido
Conservas la titularidad del contenido que compartes (mensajes, archivos, grabaciones). Nos otorgas una licencia limitada para alojarlo y procesarlo con el único fin de operar el Servicio, incluida la generación de transcripciones y resúmenes descrita en la sección 7. Eres responsable del contenido que publicas y de contar con los derechos necesarios.
6. Reuniones y grabaciones
Las grabaciones se realizan únicamente con el consentimiento mostrado en pantalla. Al participar en una reunión que se graba, aceptas dicha grabación y su posible transcripción y resumen mediante IA. Debes cumplir las leyes de tu jurisdicción sobre grabación de comunicaciones.
7. Funciones de inteligencia artificial
- El Servicio incluye funciones asistidas por IA: el asistente conversacional "Mónica", la transcripción de grabaciones y los resúmenes de reuniones (con puntos clave, tareas detectadas y tono general). Qué datos procesan y con qué proveedores se detalla en la Política de Privacidad.
- Los resultados generados por IA se proporcionan "tal cual" y pueden contener errores, omisiones o imprecisiones. No constituyen asesoramiento profesional (legal, financiero, médico ni de otro tipo). Eres responsable de verificarlos antes de basar decisiones en ellos.
- Los administradores del espacio pueden configurar o desactivar el proveedor de IA de su espacio. Las funciones de IA pueden variar, mejorarse o retirarse conforme a la sección 10.
- No usamos tu contenido para entrenar modelos de IA, ni permitimos que nuestros proveedores lo hagan.
8. Integraciones de terceros
El Servicio se integra con servicios de terceros (Google, proveedores de IA y de infraestructura). Tu uso de dichas integraciones también se rige por los términos de esos terceros. La conexión con Google Calendar es opcional y revocable.
9. Propiedad intelectual
El Servicio, su software, marca y diseño son propiedad de Urpe AI Lab y están protegidos por las leyes aplicables. No se te concede ningún derecho salvo el uso permitido por estos Términos.
10. Disponibilidad y cambios
Podemos modificar, suspender o discontinuar funciones del Servicio en cualquier momento. Procuraremos avisar los cambios materiales por medios razonables. El Servicio se ofrece "tal cual".
11. Descargo de garantías
EN LA MEDIDA PERMITIDA POR LA LEY, EL SERVICIO SE PROPORCIONA "TAL CUAL" Y "SEGÚN DISPONIBILIDAD", SIN GARANTÍAS DE NINGÚN TIPO, EXPRESAS O IMPLÍCITAS, INCLUIDAS LAS DE COMERCIABILIDAD, IDONEIDAD PARA UN FIN PARTICULAR Y NO INFRACCIÓN. LO ANTERIOR INCLUYE LOS RESULTADOS GENERADOS POR FUNCIONES DE IA.
12. Limitación de responsabilidad
EN LA MEDIDA PERMITIDA POR LA LEY, URPE AI LAB NO SERÁ RESPONSABLE POR DAÑOS INDIRECTOS, INCIDENTALES, ESPECIALES O CONSECUENTES, NI POR PÉRDIDA DE DATOS O BENEFICIOS, DERIVADOS DEL USO DEL SERVICIO.
13. Indemnización
Aceptas indemnizar y mantener indemne a Urpe AI Lab frente a reclamaciones derivadas de tu uso indebido del Servicio o del incumplimiento de estos Términos.
14. Terminación
Podemos suspender o cancelar tu acceso si incumples estos Términos. Puedes dejar de usar el Servicio en cualquier momento y solicitar la eliminación de tu cuenta escribiendo a am@urpeailab.com.
15. Ley aplicable y disputas
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Wyoming, Estados Unidos. Cualquier disputa se someterá a los tribunales competentes de dicho estado, sin perjuicio de las normas imperativas de protección al consumidor de tu lugar de residencia.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of URPEVERSE (the "Service"), operated by Urpe AI Lab. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
At a glance
- URPEVERSE is a virtual workspace for teams; you need a Google account and must be 18 or older.
- Your content remains yours; we only process it to operate the Service.
- Meetings are only recorded with on-screen consent; recordings may be transcribed and summarized with AI.
- AI output may contain errors: verify it before relying on it for important decisions.
- Use the Service legally and respectfully; we may suspend accounts that don't.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using URPEVERSE, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.
2. Description of the Service
URPEVERSE is a 2D virtual workspace that provides real-time presence, chat, audio and video meetings, voice proximity, AI-assisted features (assistant, meeting transcription and summaries), and optional integrations (such as Google Calendar) for teams and organizations.
3. Accounts and eligibility
Access is via Sign in with Google. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal, abusive, defamatory activities or in ways that infringe third-party rights.
- Interfere with the security or operation of the Service, or attempt to access other users' data without authorization.
- Record meetings without the required consent or violate applicable privacy laws.
- Use AI features to generate illegal, deceptive, or harmful content.
- Reverse engineer or scrape data in an automated way without permission.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you share (messages, files, recordings). You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to operate the Service, including generating the transcripts and summaries described in Section 7. You are responsible for the content you post and for holding the necessary rights.
6. Meetings and recordings
Recordings only occur with on-screen consent. By participating in a meeting that is being recorded, you consent to such recording and to its possible transcription and summarization by AI. You must comply with your jurisdiction's laws on recording communications.
7. Artificial intelligence features
- The Service includes AI-assisted features: the "Mónica" conversational assistant, transcription of recordings, and meeting summaries (with key points, detected action items, and overall tone). What data they process and with which providers is detailed in the Privacy Policy.
- AI-generated output is provided "as is" and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. It does not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise). You are responsible for verifying it before basing decisions on it.
- Workspace administrators may configure or disable their workspace's AI provider. AI features may change, improve, or be withdrawn as per Section 10.
- We do not use your content to train AI models, nor do we allow our providers to do so.
8. Third-party integrations
The Service integrates with third-party services (Google, AI providers, and infrastructure providers). Your use of those integrations is also governed by those third parties' terms. The Google Calendar connection is optional and revocable.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, brand, and design are owned by Urpe AI Lab and protected by applicable laws. No rights are granted to you other than the use permitted by these Terms.
10. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will endeavor to notify material changes by reasonable means. The Service is provided "as is".
11. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE FOREGOING INCLUDES OUTPUT GENERATED BY AI FEATURES.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, URPE AI LAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Urpe AI Lab harmless against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account by writing to am@urpeailab.com.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of that state, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your place of residence.
